Rebecca Mueller Williams otherwise known as Becca, presented a program on using heavy acrylic paint and icing tips to create 3D flowers out of paint. It dries in 24 hours and then can be used to create 3D paintings of flowers. Her goal is to eventually use the techniques to create other 3D effects on her painting collages. It was a great program!
