Requirements for Exhibiting

Please read and refer to these documents prior to entering art in a Show at the Gallery

Basic Tasks Summary

When your artwork is ready to be labeled, refer to the task summary below to prepare for delivery to the Gallery.

View or print details about entry types, pricing, labeling, delivery/pickup, and replacement paintings.

Note that artwork limits may vary. Refer to the block above, or Dutch’s Doodle for the Current Show artwork limits.

LABELS

Identification Tag on back of every entry (Artist Name, Painting Name, Medium, Price)

Sticky Note on front of each Framed entry (Painting Name/ Artist Name)

PREPARE

New Show Entry Form – Bring your clearly written and signed NEW SHOW ENTRY FORM with your artwork

Bring your Calendar for Docent Scheduling

DOCENT REQUIREMENT

Sign up for Docent Duty on the PAPA Calendar when you bring your Artwork.

Number of days required: 3-4 days, Tuesday-Saturday 11AM-3PM

Prepare to sign up for at least 3 days

Let Liz Hudson know if you need to change your schedule, or if she can add your name to her ‘Call List’ in case of schedule issues.

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST SHOW

If your time permits, stop by the Gallery before the Show Change and visit with the Docent of the Day. They can help answer questions you may have about entering the show, and provide a head-start on keeping the gallery.
