Such is the skill of PAPA artist Harrietta Harper who recently captured the notice of Paducah Life Magazine.
According to the Last Word in the current issue, “Safely Grazing, by artist Harrietta Harper, conveys the receptive, comfortable lifestyle of the Paducah area. Since retiring from the McCracken County School System as a music educator, Harrietta enjoys painting local landscapes.”
