Dear PAPA Artists:
If you want to participate in the “Picture This” fundraising event for the Papillion Center, please do! “Hope and Transformation” is the theme of artwork desired. Your donated painting may be silent-auctioned at the event (September 4), or displayed at the Center for the community to enjoy afterward. Creating art is a major part of the center’s counseling that helps families heal and art will be the focus of this event. This is an opportunity to give back to our community, and support a worthy cause and local non-profit organization.
Your artwork will not only contribute financially—if auctioned—but it will also serve as a beacon of hope and transformation to the families they serve.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Theme: “Hope and Transformation” — feel free to interpret this in your own artistic style.
- Entry Deadline: Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Deliver your framed and wired painting (no size limits) to the Gallery by Tuesday, August 26, our next Member Meeting. Be sure your Name, and Painting Name are noted, and indicate that your painting is for the Picture This event.
- Thanksgiving Dinner/Event: Thursday, September 4th at 6PM – all are welcome to attend!
- Chad McLaren is coordinating our efforts. Let him know you plan to contribute a painting, or if you have any questions. “Chad McLaren” <chadwick.mclaren@gmail.com>
