Exhibit Dates: June 2 – July 2025
Location: Paducah City Hall, 300 S 5th St, Paducah, KY
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm

OPENING RECEPTION
Meet Our Artists: Thursday, June 5, 5:00-7:00 PM

Guidelines for hanging and participation in the City Hall Show.
All PAPA Members, Non-Exhibiting and Exhibiting artists are invited to enter.
1. Content must be family friendly.
2. Recommended to use glazing acrylic not glass.
3. Weight of artwork limited of 45 pounds.
4. Art should not exceed 36″ in width.

TO ENTER:
Bring your painting with your completed ENTRY FORM to the Gallery by Tuesday, May 27th, our next PAPA Member meeting. 

Send a photo (optional)
You are invited to SEND A PHOTO of your painting, which will replace the ‘default’ featured image currently in the online store (Shown below). Send your photo by Email to cindy@teaksouls.com or text to 270-293-6951. Please include ‘PAPA Summer Exhibit’, in your Email subject.

Send your photo no later than May 27, 2025. 

 Sales:
Paintings will be offered for sale ONLINE ONLY through our website. After purchase, paintings will be available for pickup at the Gallery after the exhibit is over.

You are invited to SEND A PHOTO of your painting, which will replace the ‘default’ featured image shown here.

QR codes, printed on the Gallery Tag for each painting, will go directly to the painting on the tag. If a product has already been purchased, the ‘Add to Cart’ button will not display, and it will be shown as ‘out of stock’. If a product sells, a SOLD picture will be updated on the online store when possible.
