Wi-Fi and New Credit Card Machine
To facilitate a needed new credit card machine, a contract with Dialog Telecommunications, Paducah, is underway for installation, and service. Coming soon!

We have revised our ‘New Show Entry Form’ to improve understanding of what you may enter, and emphasize the need to write clearly.

‘SOLD’ Stickers
Now available at the Gallery – Charles Thurman, Dutch’s right-hand man, has prepared some red hot ‘SOLD’ labels, which can be taped to the wall when a Framed painting sells the day you are working. Leave the Painting tag next to it, too! This will be a good way to fill the temporary space, and let our visitors know, they’d better not wait to make their purchase!
City of Paducah Happenings
The American Quilters Society Quilt Show is an event which brings enthusiasts from all over the world. It begins on April 23, and the Paducah CVB (Convention & Visitors Bureau) is gearing to welcome them.
Jenny showed us the new ‘Artful APRIL’ booklet that is available from the CVB (RIGHT NEXT DOOR) and online here
PAPA Special Quilt feature/ Opportunity to Demo (April 22-26)
During the week of the Quilt Show, PAPA will have a special mini feature which will include Vickie Lee Gingrich’s quilted art bags. 🙂
Members are encouraged to set up and demo at the Gallery inside or outside, during this potential high-volume traffic period. You are always welcome to do so, and bring your own items to sell at your station. Just donate 10% of your sales to PAPA Gallery at the end of your time.
The Paducah Travel website’s Event Calendar is a great resource for both visitors and businesses, alike. We will work on an announcement of our special quilt week feature for posting here, on our website and social media, and distribute to our PAPA Patrons (198 interested Fans!)

PAPA Exhibit Invitation from the City of Paducah
The City of Paducah has invited PAPA Artists to be featured in an exhibition at Paducah City Hall for the months of June and July. Dutch is working with a representative from the city on details. Stay tuned for more information from Dutch SOON!
