The Reception on June 5th, was well attended by you and many visitors! Thanks, to all helping create a memorable event. Cindy used her technical skills creating an Online Store, making professional tags, art for publicity, posting pictures and videos shared on social media, and so much more! Jenny and I hanged the show, and with donations provided by many of you, Jenny and Liz took charge of refreshments. I also have to mention Linda Thomasson, bringing her favorite cream cheese and pepper jelly treat! Paula Clark Trojahn set the atmosphere with her Dulcimer…just perfect! A big hit were the demos by Chad McLaren, Ryan Robertson, and Diane Bay. After working the Gallery all day, Harrietta was our cheerful greeter.! Special thanks, to Cathy Bryant-Quimby for the invitation to have the show and all the help she provided.

Can you believe it is time for our meeting…June 24th at 7:00! Diane will have a program on Linear Perspective… an important element in our paintings. Many thanks, to Grady Pennington on an Outstanding Featured Artist Show! Next month will be Mark Ray.

Just a little housekeeping…please wash your brushes in the Utility Sink near the back door and clean the Table Cloth when you make a mess! Also, the ticket coming out of the Credit Card Machine, should be torn off and put in the box in back. We have a request from Heather, our Treasurer, to have a minimum amount of $5 on Cards. She has to deal with very small commissions on anything less! Please help with this matter.
