Greetings from Hopkinsville, KY,
We invite you to join us for the 10th Annual Summer Salute Festival. Event Date and Time – Friday, September 11, 2026 – Saturday, September 12, 2026, 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located – Downtown Hopkinsville, Kentucky, 9th Street & Bethel Street, Hopkinsville, Kentucky, 42240. This will be a 2-day festival with entertainment headliners that will attract guests and locals to food booths in beautiful downtown Hopkinsville. Admission is free for visitors, and they will want to purchase food and crafts. The festival will attract visitors of all types to explore the vendor and food booths that will be set up through the streets of downtown Hopkinsville!
Please go to https://form.jotform.com/260345179949167 for Product Vendor Registration. Please be sure to read the notice about the new electrical Code. Deadline to register is June 29, 2026. If the application is not filled out completely it will not arrive to us. In the spirit of giving our vendors the best opportunity to generate sales, we will be limiting the number of vendors for specific items. Spots are prioritized, by the submission timestamp.
Attached is the Summer Salute 2026 Vendor information. Please read all information.
We will evaluate your application within 3 business days of your submission date to review your application status. If accepted, an invoice, from the Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation RecDesk software, will be sent to the email listed on your application. The invoice MUST be paid in full within 3 business days of your acceptance notification. Spots are not guaranteed until payment is received. Submission of form does not guarantee acceptance. If declined, staff from Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation will contact you within 3 business days.
