Would you believe this lovely figure was painted with a toothbrush? The PAPA Challenge for artists this month was an unusual one, but the results were creatively wonderful! Rebecca Mueller-Williams imagined “Repose” with her signature flair for color and shape using skin as canvas. Becca’s prolific assortment of women with attitude is never dull. Her bold experimentation with color and texture can provide unexpected perspectives. She often communicates something you didn’t realize you were thinking yourself!

In addition to Becca’s offering, our Challenge Wall contains a wide variety of paintings you’d never guess were rendered in any way you might find unusual. Come by the PAPA Gallery this month and enjoy this unique exhibit. We hope you’ll also spend some time with the fresh paintings in our summer show. As always, we simply love to enjoy art with you!
