Linda Roberts' colorful collage of Paducah was highlighted in the March/April 2017 issue of Paducah Life Magazine.
The text reads, "Linda Roberts is an artists, a teacher, and a devotee of Paducah's downtown. She has high regard
for the community's commitment to music, theatre, and art. After an encounter with Quilt Man,
she was inspired to draw this illustration of Paducah's special spaces."
Secluded Waters by Mark Ray was the feature artwork with the Last Word in Paducah Life Magazine's Nov/Dec 2017 issue. "With a love for art and wildlife from a young age, Mark utilizes his talent by creating images of nature's gifts on canvas, wood, and anything he can put a brush to. Traveling the United States hunting, signtseeing, and exploring, Mark transfers what he has seen into works of art."
"Misty Night" by Tony Kent was chosen for the Sept/Oct 2017 issue of Paducah Life Magazine. "For Tony Kent, painting isn't always about what you see - sometimes it's about what you don't see. "I tried to create a mysterious quality to this one," he says. "I tried to suggest things and used soft edges to do that. It came straight from my imagination."
Dutch Thurman's painting, "Christmas Trees at Farmers' Market" was selected for the city of Paducah's 2017 Christmas Card.
