JUST DO IT

I know someone who has it all…
Brushes, pencils, charcoal, pastels
oils, acrylics, watercolors, video
lessons, canvas, frames and a
wonderful studio to use.

I know someone who has it all…
The same amount of time that is given to everyone else,
Twenty four hours, but that doesn’t seem enough.

I know someone who has it all…
talented friends, a place to show works
half finished pictures and even talent herself.
That someone is me!

JUST DO IT I tell myself.

But you know until I put that mark on a paper
or dip my brush in some paint, I will never
know what God has waiting for me to share
with others in this beautiful world.

So again, I will tell myself, quit procrastinating
and JUST DO IT!  You know, I think I will.

And you know, this might apply to you too!
