Who can become a member:

The only requirement for regular membership is being a practicing artist, from beginner to advanced, everyone is welcome. The more advanced assist those with less experience and everyone benefits. PAPA membership dues are held to a minimum so as not to be a hardship or deterrent.

Show Rules

MAKE SURE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS ON THE BACK OF EACH OF YOUR ENTRIES!
    NAME
    ADDRESS
    PHONE NUMBER
    NAME OF PAINTING
    PRICE IF ANY
    MEDIUM
    SIZE (FOR FRAMED PIECES ONLY)
Make sure you write or print clearly, the display cards depend on it.

All framed work must be ready to hang with wire hangers.

Number you may enter:
    3 FRAMED
    5 MINIATURES (outside size NO LARGER THAN 7X9)
    2 UNFRAMED (must be for sale and small enough to fit in bins) unframed should not have hardware or hangers of any kind, reproductions labeled on the back: photo copy, giclee, etc. If you are re-entering a painting, make sure that you have taken the number off the back of the painting from the past show and that the information on the painting and the entry form match.

Art must be out of the gallery for two shows (6mos) before entering again.

You may bring your work to the gallery on Tuesday, Oct 25th from 10:00am until 5:00pm or to the meeting. IF YOU CHOOSE TO ENTER THEM AT THE MEETING, PLEASE COME FROM 6:00 TO 6:45PM. You can download the entry form from the web site and have it filled out when you get there. Put your name on entry form.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ART UNLESS SOMEONE CHECKS IT IN.
